Biography

B.M. Spencer-Higgins qualified as a Barrister-at-Law from Gray’s Inn, London in 1989. Subsequent to this he established with John Spencer-Higgins one of the largest independent international tax planning firms with offices around the world specialising in corporate tax planning and EU directive and regulation advice aimed at the small to medium sized business sector. Over the years he has written numerous articles for many publications, published books on tax planning and international property acquisition together with appearances on Sky News, Legal Network and the Accountancy Age TV channels.

In 2024, he founded with Martin Cudmore, London Property Lawyers – A specialist property law firm aiming to provide a bespoke service to those buying and selling London property including a full range of related concierge services.
