Biography

Martin Cudmore has been a licensed conveyancing lawyer for over 20 years and has been a partner in one of South East England’s most successful and award winning conveyancing practices. Martin is a great believer in delivering a personalised conveyancing service and is considered to be an expert in many property law areas including commercial conveyancing, equity release, co-ownership, adverse possession and much more.

In 2024, he co-founded with Barry Spencer-Higgins, London Property Lawyers Limited – A specialist property law firm aiming to provide a bespoke service to those buying and selling prime London property including a full range of related concierge services. Both partners firmly believe that their local knowledge, contacts with London estate agents and wide range of concierge services will make all the difference to those clients wanting a premium service at reasonable rates.
