In the case of our legal fees, these start at £495.00 + VAT. These fees then rising incrementally depending on a property’s value but always remaining extremely competitive for a full service prime London based firm.

At the time of instruction, one of our team will personally discuss not only your conveyancing needs but also any other related property needs you may have.
